Mazing Kids Child Watch Attendant(s)
(part-time:   8:30 am to 12:30 pm)

Bus Driver

KASPER Site Director- Before & After School KASPER Program
(part-time)

GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Director of School Age Programs, the KASPER Site Director is responsible for managing and supervising a Before and/or After School Program in accordance with YMCA Child Care standards.  The standards provide a base for development of an excellent child care program for school-age children.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: The School Age Site Coordinator must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of a high school diploma, at least 6 semester hours of credit related to school age childcare or related field, and have one year experience working with preschool or school age children and have three references.  In addition, the Site Coordinator must have First Aid and CPR certification within one month of employment;  Must be able to lead, supervise, and motivate staff; Must know and understand the developmental stages of children in the age group that attend their program; Must possess a positive and professional attitude; Must be willing and able to swim with the children; Must be willing and able to participant in active games/sports with the children, i.e. be able to run, jump, climb, play sports and other similar activities; Must be willing and able to attend all staff meetings and trainings.

KASPER Program Leader- Before & After School KASPER Program
(part-time)
