Change of Membership Status and Cancellation
As a YMCA member, you are not obligated by a contract. However, if your membership status needs to be changed for any reason, a minimum of a 15 day written notice is required. This must be in writing by either completing our cancellation form or sending a fax with your name, address, and signature, or by mail. Please write legibly. Incomplete or illegible documentation may cause a delay in processing changes and cancellations

AWAY - Welcoming Users from Other YMCAs
Visiting members from other  are welcome to use the facility by showing their YMCA membership card and photo ID.  If visitng YMCA members wish to participate in classes or programs, they may register during Open Registration and pay the Program Member Fee.  First time vistors to the Campanelli Y will need to complete a waiver form. 

*Any guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian signature to be allowed use of the facility.  No more than 2 guest may accompany a Y member. Individuals who are not accompanied by an YMCA member are not allowed to use the facility.

Please remember that at the YMCA our mission ensures that no one is turned away due to an inability to pay providing funds are available. If you are unable to afford the set rates, please ask our staff about our Financial Assistance Program.
